It is mainly composed of tubular heaters, evaporation tanks, circulation pipes, and other ancillary equipment. Some are also equipped with condensers, coolers, liquid receiving drums, etc., and may also have gas-liquid separators, liquid traps, etc.
2. Working principle
The liquid is sucked in by vacuum and heated to boiling point inside the heater tube. Part of the water vaporizes, converting thermal energy into upward kinetic energy. Meanwhile, due to the significant difference in density between the gas-liquid mixture inside the heating tube and the non boiling liquid in the circulation tube, natural circulation of the liquid is induced by the expansion kinetic energy and density difference. The more heat the liquid receives, the more intense the boiling, and the faster its circulation speed. The secondary steam evaporated is collected by a wire mesh demister and a liquid trap, and then condensed by the water spray of a hydraulic jet pump before being carried away. After centrifugal rotation, the liquid in the evaporator returns to the lower part of the heater along the outer circulation pipe for recirculation heating and evaporation.
